We have 3 Rental Units.

All rentals are for 6 hours, the first hour is
for set up, the next 4 hours are for your event and the
last hour is for teardown.

All rental fees include 1 bartender and the cleanup of the facility.
Bartenders can serve up to 50 people, if
additional bartenders are needed to accommodate your event
they are $ 50.00 per bartender.
All beverages MUST be purchased thru Swiss Hall.
The bar can be ran several different ways:
1. Open bar where
leaser provides
drinks for their guests (this will require a bar deposit)
2. Cash bar where guests pay for their own drinks
3.
leaser can purchase kegs in advance at $ 140.00 / keg and
soft drinks at .50 and .75 to serve the guests and all the rest
of the drinks will be the responsibility of the guest.
You may bring caterer and D.J. of your choice.
$ 100.00 damage deposit is required at the signing of the contract.
